2. Acceptance of Terms

ATX Heating and AC provides HVAC services including installation, replacement, repair, maintenance, duct services, indoor air quality solutions, thermostat installation, and emergency repair for residential and commercial properties. Service availability, pricing, and scope are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
ATX Heating and AC uses an Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC registered messaging program to send text messages to customers who have provided consent. When you provide your mobile phone number — through our website, by texting us directly, or by verbally agreeing during a call — you give ATX Heating and AC express written consent to send you automated and manually initiated text messages at that number for purposes including appointment reminders, service notifications, estimates, invoices, maintenance reminders, and promotional communications.
Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing or receiving HVAC services from us. Message frequency varies based on your service activity and may be up to four to six messages per month during active service periods. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply; ATX Heating and AC does not charge for text messages.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation and no further texts. To re-subscribe, reply START or contact us. By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and agree to notify us promptly if your number changes. ATX Heating and AC is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers; delivery may vary based on carrier coverage and network availability.
5. Scheduling and Appointments
When scheduling a service appointment, you agree to provide accurate information about the service needed, the property address, and your availability. You agree to ensure that an authorized adult is present at the service location during the scheduled appointment window and that our technicians have safe and reasonable access to the equipment and relevant areas of the property.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment. We reserve the right to charge a service call fee for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than two hours’ notice for emergency service calls.
6. Pricing and Payment
Service pricing will be provided to you in writing via estimate, invoice, or work order prior to or upon completion of service. By authorizing service, you agree to pay all associated charges including labor, parts, materials, and applicable taxes. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection, and you agree to pay reasonable collection costs and attorney’s fees if applicable. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
7. Warranties
ATX Heating and AC warrants that all services will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms for parts and labor will be communicated to you in writing at the time of service. We are not responsible for pre-existing equipment conditions, issues resulting from age or improper use, or damage caused by third-party modifications to HVAC systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to transmit unsolicited advertising through our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, reproduce or exploit any portion of our website for commercial purposes without prior written consent, or interfere with the proper functioning of the website or its underlying technology.
