ATX Heating & Air Conditioning LLC provides residential and commercial HVAC services including: AC repair, AC installation, AC maintenance, furnace repair, furnace installation, furnace maintenance, heat pump installation and repair, ductless mini-split service, air handler services, duct cleaning, air duct services, air purifier installation, thermostat installation, and indoor air quality solutions.
We serve Manor, Austin, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Leander, Westlake, Buda, Kyle, and surrounding areas across Travis County and the greater Austin area. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
3. Estimates and Pricing
ATX Heating & Air Conditioning LLC provides upfront, transparent pricing before any work begins. Written or verbal estimates are based on an initial assessment and may be revised if additional issues are discovered during service. Our technicians will explain any pricing changes before proceeding. By authorizing work to begin, you agree to pay the final invoice amount for services rendered.
Free estimates are available for qualifying services. Financing options are available for qualifying HVAC installations.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time services are completed unless a prior credit arrangement has been established in writing. We accept payment methods communicated at the time of service. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection proceedings and any associated costs.

By providing your mobile phone number and requesting service, submitting a contact form, or scheduling an appointment through our website or by phone, you consent to receive text messages from ATX Heating & Air Conditioning LLC. ATX Heating & Air Conditioning LLC provides 24/7 emergency HVAC services. Emergency calls are handled based on technician availability and geographic location. We make every reasonable effort to respond the same day. No emergency surcharges apply. Upfront pricing applies to all emergency service calls.
7. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee
We back all workmanship with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Specific warranty terms for parts and labor will be provided at the time of service or installation. Manufacturer warranties apply to all new equipment installed by our licensed technicians.
Our satisfaction guarantee covers the quality of our work and does not apply to pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of service, damage caused by misuse or third-party modifications, or issues resulting from events beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ATX Heating & Air Conditioning LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including property damage, loss of use, or loss of business income.
Our total liability for any claim related to services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those specific services.
